The Keffa Coffee importer brands this coffee as “Ardi”. It’s grown in the Guji Zone of southern Ethiopia at a high elevation in a sub-tropical climate. The beans are naturally processed and sun-dried, which brings out a bright, fruity, and sweet flavor profile.

About the Origin

Grown in the Guji Zone of southern Ethiopia, this coffee thrives in a rugged sub-tropical climate and high elevation. Guji is known for producing some of the best coffee in Ethiopia. This coffee is classified as Grade 1, indicating the beans are of high quality with minimal defects. It is carefully grown and processed with strict technical guidelines and close oversight to produce beans with maximized quality, sweetness, and complex flavor profiles.

Process: Sun-Dried Natural

Elevation: 2,000 – 2,200 MASL

Variety: Heirloom
